Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. Monitoring is fully self-serve — sign up, drop the connector on a chart, and you’re running. There’s nothing to pay to get set up; the 14-day free trial is the only on-ramp.
Does Stanchion trade my account?
No — it’s strictly read-only. The connector reports what your account is doing; it can’t place, close or modify a trade, and it never sees your broker password.
Do I need a VPS?
Your EAs run on your own terminal — usually on a VPS — exactly as they do now. Stanchion doesn’t host it. If you don’t have a VPS yet, use any reputable provider; monitoring works on whatever you already run.
What does the subscription cover?
Live monitoring, system-health checks, instant alerts, monthly reports and support for the accounts on your plan — one flat fee. No performance cut.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Any time, from your dashboard. Upgrade to add accounts, downgrade, or cancel — no lock-in and no notice period.
Do you take a percentage of trading profits?
No. Never. A flat monthly fee only. We have no access to your funds and no visibility into your broker balance beyond what your connector reports to your own dashboard.
